The people were friendly and my room was huge, with a pool and garden. The man who spoke good English even gave me a ride to the supermarket. The place is well located if you have a car. Still, reception staff didn’t speak English, and there was a problem with the invoice. I booked five days but left after four, after telling them only the day before, so I didn’t get a refund.
A welcoming, luxurious chalet with quiet, romantic corners. The staff were very kind, especially the Egyptian receptionist. The TV didn’t work, though, and there were no towels in the unit.
The place was good, and the people were cooperative. Mokhtar was good.
The park's setting and service make it easy to unwind. A good pick if you're after some peace and relaxation.
