The pool was the best part, though it needs some upkeep. A few tiles were broken, which felt like a minor safety issue, and splashing sometimes made its way inside. Extra mops or floor mats would help with the wet floors. Chalet No. 8 was a welcoming place to spend time with family and friends, and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable, with tidy bedrooms and living spaces, although some small details could use more attention. Its location makes nearby attractions easy to reach, but the immediate surroundings aren't especially picturesque. We also missed having a microwave and projector, which would have been useful for a longer stay or a gathering. It's a good getaway option, with a few things that could be improved.

We really liked the BBQ area, and the amenities felt hotel-level. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the service was excellent. The chalet was clean and tidy, with restaurants and supermarkets close by. Definitely recommend it.

They kept my entire deposit and charged me 500 for cleaning because the place was dirty. Cleaning is easy, but that fee is too much. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I won't come back.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the gardens were well kept. It has a relaxed, sociable feel, with luxurious finishes. A superb place to book for a social gathering.
