The room was peaceful, even with the busy highway right outside on our side of the hotel. It also had a little loggia where we could open the window, and everything was generally very nice. We got there just after the renovation had wrapped up, though drilling had still been going on late in the evening in our room, which was irritating. On arrival, we found the toilet seat dirty despite the seal, so we’d assumed it had been cleaned. Otherwise, no complaints. Since it was Ramadan, breakfast came to the room, and it was tasty and presented nicely.

The food was a real highlight. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and dinner was delicious, with quality ingredients and care put into it. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping and room service were quick and helpful with requests. I stayed for three weeks and had a great time. The staff checked in on my wellbeing and sorted out any issues right away. Mr. Abdallah and Mr. Khaled at reception were especially impressive. Thanks for such a lovely stay. I’ll be back.

Muhammed and Abdullah at reception made a real difference during my stay. They were welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout. The hotel in Riyadh was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and I had a great stay. I’d recommend it.

The room was really spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was clean. Breakfast, though, was a terrible experience. Kids came in barefoot from the pool, took buffet food with their hands, tasted it, then put it back. It was a complete mess.

The laundry service practically rescued my white jacket after the Riyadh rain. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was nice, and there’s a bus stop nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.
