Ayan Furnished Units and Suites

Getting an Uber was difficult even though the location looks central, and the train is a long way off. At checkout, I was made to pay for a drink I hadn't even had. The rooms were bare, with no furniture, and the detergent used on the bedspreads caused me a serious allergic reaction. Housekeeping and breakfast were poor, while the prices were way too high. I've stayed in dozens of hotels across 12 countries, and this was the worst one. Blacklisted, definitely avoid.

The location worked perfectly for business, and I stayed for 10 days. My room was cozy and comfortable. The male staff were friendly and supportive, but one woman at the front desk was a real disappointment. She ignored every request and acted stupid. From the day I arrived, I asked her about getting a room with a front view. She said yes, then ignored me. I also had a Wi-Fi problem for three days and called her, then went to reception, but she kept ignoring me. She wasn't helpful at all.

There are bus stops nearby, though the supermarket is about a 15-minute walk. Development is moving quickly around the area, so expect some construction sites, but it was okay. The rooms were clean and had what I needed, including a kettle, cups and refrigerator. The air conditioning was adjustable, the staff were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was good.

There was no window in our room, but it was good value for money. The place was clean, tidy and presentable, with a small cafe and food service. Checkout is at 2pm.
