Best Western Plus Fursan Hotel

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is decent, but the staff's response left me disappointed. My neck was hurting, so I asked reception for some medicine or ointment. They just told me to go to a pharmacy, with no offer to help, even though I was in pain. A few seconds later they were talking among themselves and ignoring me. I expected a little support from a hotel, especially when a guest isn't feeling well. It makes me wonder how they would respond if something more serious happened. Their cold behavior really disheartened me.

I booked through Trip.com agent and had a very bad stay. Construction right beside the hotel was extremely loud and began at 6:00 AM, with no warning beforehand. I had to complain several times before they moved me. They changed my booking from a non-smoking room to a large room, but the room I got was for smoking. It was still noisy, though less than the first one, and I couldn't sleep. The hotel first said I could get a refund for 1 night, then told me I couldn't and would have to sleep more. I checked out before they let me sleep more, and the service was very bad. Breakfast had almost nothing and didn't feel suitable for a 4-star hotel. I paid more than 7,000 baht per night.

This is a cozy option for business travelers at Exit 12, with friendly reception staff and reasonably good breakfast. The rooms are on the small side, but the amenities and service make up for that. It's also near eating joints of Rawdah and is very reasonably priced.

The pool was small and dirty, though its cold water was okay. Everything else was excellent, and the receptionists were helpful. This new hotel is among the best in Abha, with a location between Abha and Khamis. The rooms are large, clean, and well designed. Breakfast had almost everything and was better than at other hotels I've tried. There's also a gym, steam room, spa, and swimming pool.
