The room, crew and booking process were all to my liking, and they handled my special late checkout request. My one small issue was a smoky smell in the room. I'd rate the stay 4.5/5.

The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and the room cleaning service always satisfied us. Staff were friendly and nice, including the cleaning team. Underground and outdoor parking are available. Breakfast had limited choices, and they often served leftovers, especially in the bakery area. The kids' playground and swimming pool were never cleaned; the pool water wasn't changed and its engine was never turned on. They also let children from outside the hotel use the pool. The cameras weren't working, so safety was absent.

The staff were amazing, and the room was clean, soft, and comfortable. I’d come back here twice, or even more.

The welcome was warm, and the hotel itself is quite nice, but our business stay had some real problems. There was practically no Wi-Fi signal on any of our devices, and the bathroom had no hand or face towels. Two of us found the snacks already half gone when we arrived, then were charged for items that weren’t there. Nobody had checked the minibars during our stay, so they couldn’t know what we’d used. Since this happened to two international visitors, it really seemed like a scam.
