Mohammed made sure I had everything I needed and arranged the services I asked for, including a ride to the airport. That took the stress out of my trip. Brzee Hotel was clean and tidy, with a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the staff were kind, helpful, and attentive. I’d highly recommend it for the comfort and good service, and I’ll stay here again.

The price seemed normal for nearby hotels, though it wasn’t a great deal. Inside, it’s fancy, and the rooms are huge and clean. We got a free upgrade, and booking and paying through trip.com was convenient. The location worked for us, and the hotel has a restaurant, gym, and spa. I was looking forward to the pool, so it was a shame it was under maintenance. The garage turned out to be really convenient, with plenty of space to park and maneuver, but it was dusty and there were no signs pointing it out. The bathroom water pressure was low. I don’t understand the bad reviews.

I stayed here for more than five months, and it was a very different experience for me. The staff were collaborative, clean, professional, and very helpful. The location is lovely and close to lots of places. I highly recommend it, and want to thank all the staff.

Shihab was especially great, and the services overall were amazing. I also had a massage with Sam, the therapist, and it was perfect. I definitely recommend it.

The gym is spacious and has plenty of equipment, and the hotel looks freshly renovated. Everything seemed neat and clean. Breakfast was very basic, with only Arab dishes, and the staff don't speak English.
