Comfort Inn Al Yarmouk

The bathroom floor had hair on it, and the bath tub and kitchen counters were especially dirty. The whole place was filthy. There was just one towel for the three of us. The walls were greasy and the chairs stained. Management seemed not to care and was useless. I'm convinced there are no cleaners and guests are left to maintain the rooms. I wouldn't put my face on those pillows. The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in.

On a Founding Day holiday trip with my family, we had booked ahead but the staff still refused us a room and demanded more money. After two hours at reception and countless calls, I had to pay twice the original rent. The rooms are old and smell of smoke. Toiletries weren't refilled and the room wasn't cleaned during a stay longer than a day. The staff were rude. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

My sheets were dirty, and the toilet seat was broken. When I asked them to fix it, they refused and blamed me. I can't recommend this place.

They cancelled our advance booking at check-in and charged double for the same reservation. The property is very old, some kitchen appliances didn't work or wouldn't fit the outlets, the bath tub was broken, and there were no toiletries.
