Mohamed Hazem, Altaf Hussin, and Ali Al Salalm were especially kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rest of the team were attentive and friendly too, and you can feel how much they care about guests. The property is well kept, with very clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming feel. I had an excellent stay and would happily return. Highly recommend it for comfort, quality, and service.

This was my second visit, after staying here in 2024, when things were better. I only needed one night during a layover, but the room wasn't clean, there was no intercom, and the tissue box was empty. Housekeeping hadn't checked the toilet, where we found hangers left by previous guests. When I asked reception for towels, they said they had none left for guests, which was a bizarre excuse.

The bathrooms were very neat and clean, and the rooms felt modern. I had an amazing stay and would recommend it.

The price felt fair, the service was quick, and the staff were really nice. Rooms are clean and fancy too. Very good hotel.

The service was poor despite the high price. I asked for the bin and sheets to be changed for three days, but no one came until the fourth day, when they cleaned the bin and changed the sheets. There still wasn't a pillow cover, and the toilet wasn't clean.
