During my trip, the average rate was 220 per night, and this is the best option in that price range. The hotel room was spacious, clean, tidy, and very nice. They also provided toiletries and free WiFi.

All the facilities were very good. Ahmed Shaike and nur Azeem were really helpful and gave excellent service. I loved everything about the hospitality. Best regards.

The apartment itself was nice, with roomy, clean, tidy bedrooms. The location is reasonably convenient, though the area south of Riyadh isn't great. Inside, the living room feels very cramped, and the bathroom isn't pleasant: there's no enclosed shower, so water is left all over the floor. A bad smell also comes and goes.
