The staff were patient with all my questions and regularly greeted me by name. They were quick to help with directions, recommendations, or little requests that made me more comfortable. Nayif at reception especially made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived, with a warm smile and a professional manner. I stayed for several months, and that kind of attention really shaped my experience. The team's kindness and care made the stay pleasant, and I appreciated how Nayif combined friendliness with professionalism. I'd happily come back and recommend the hotel to others.

I keep coming back at least monthly because I like the location, comfortable rooms, and general atmosphere. The hotel has a lot going for it, but this is now my third booking problem, and the way they're handled is becoming a serious concern. There often aren't enough people available, especially on weekends and night shifts. One receptionist seems to be expected to check guests in, handle problems, and answer calls all at once, so calls go unanswered and waits are long. It seems to be a staffing and planning issue rather than unwillingness to help. When something serious happens at night, it's unclear who is responsible. Is there a duty manager or a supervisor available beyond the person at the desk? From a guest's point of view, management isn't visible during those hours, and getting an issue resolved feels uncertain and inefficient. For Marriott, this level of oversight on weekends and nights is below what I expect, especially at a hotel with frequent, loyal guests. Better staffing, clearer ways to escalate issues, and stronger management presence at busy and late hours are needed to maintain service quality. I hope management addresses these gaps. The property has strong fundamentals, but service execution is letting it down.

The service really made my stay at Courtyard Olaya stand out. Reception staff were consistently kind and greeted me, and they let me check in early after my early flight. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed & Mr. Abdulaziz at the reception. Even though the hotel was fully booked all weekend, service stayed on par. It's a modern, clean hotel with very spacious rooms. The rooftop pool, gym, and sauna were in great shape, so check them out if you can. I didn't get to try the dining, but room service was quick and the prices were great. I'd recommend it to solo travelers and families, and would book again.

We got a complimentary fruit platter and an apology card for a slight check-in delay, a thoughtful gesture from the team. I also enjoyed unwinding on the rooftop, where there's a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, with city views. The location between King Fahd And Olaya Road made it easy to reach key parts of the city. Inside, the modern design gives the hotel a comfortable, stylish feel. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, nicely presented choices for both local and international tastes. Courtyard Marriott Riyadh paired that with great service, and I'd recommend it for business or leisure.
