The pricing options are nice, and the room came with a kettle and iron, which was handy. The bathroom was well maintained, but the rooms are small, so check the specifications before booking. The nearest Indian restaurant was 1 km away.

After a five-hour trip to Riyadh, Mr. Mohammad at reception welcomed us with a warm greeting and a lovely smile. It was just the positive energy we needed. The hotel was good for our family vacation, and we're pretty sure we'll book here again, InshaAllah.

I had a confirmed reservation for four nights at Sunday Millenia Hotel in Alolaya, and had already paid. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms and that I'd be moved to Warwick Riyadh Al Dabab. I later learned at least three other guests had the same thing happen, which made it seem like a repeated way of steering people to their other, smaller and more distant hotels. Warwick Riyadh Al Dabab was far from the places I needed to go, adding transport costs. The location was poor and I didn't feel safe there. The hotel was old and below my expectations, and there was noise at night and early in the morning from room service staff. The shower water wasn't hot. When I mentioned it to reception on my last night, I was told the heater might not be on. The air conditioning also wouldn't blow hot air. Breakfast was very poor. The cheese was dry, and the food was kept under plastic wrap that guests had to uncover themselves. The tuna sandwiches were burnt and dry, and not presentable. This lack of honesty and professionalism caused a lot of trouble. I asked for compensation, but they said there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. After several complaints, they eventually refunded 50 SAR, which was ridiculous and unprofessional. They didn't know how to handle my complaint.

The location is convenient, and the room was clean with all the amenities I needed. The furniture is old, but that's okay. The restaurant was good and had a variety of options.
