The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have TVs with plenty of channels. Staff are friendly and the service is good, and there's a good waiting area. The rooms and kitchen are wheelchair accessible. It feels worth the price, especially if you're on a tight budget. The waiting area could use brighter lighting, though, and parking is hard to find after hours. Breakfast is pretty much just for show, the cafe could offer more, and getting to the place could be easier.

The staff were the best part, really friendly and helpful, and they do provide a small breakfast. The location is poor, with facilities far away, and the price is much higher than other places. It doesn't feel like a hotel apartment: there's a single bed rather than a king, a tiny noisy fridge, and a TV that didn't work properly. The bathroom was okay but very small. You have to request basics like towels, soap, a knife, and an iron, which should already be there.

The crew were friendly. I only stayed one night, and they said the room I was given was the only one with two single beds. Since I didn't have time to find another hotel, I stayed, even though I'd booked a non-smoking room and didn't get one.

OYO has put major investment into operating low-end hotels across the Middle East and North Africa to win the market over the long term. That approach has brought them a lot of success in the Gulf states.

The night shift receptionist was especially helpful. The place was good, clean, and the service was great. I'd highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose it again. Many thanks.
