The furnished apartments are very nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff were helpful, especially the humble Egyptian man who extended my reservation by four hours at no charge. I really appreciated that and will definitely return.
Rooms cost around 200 to 220 for a night, which is a low price. There's a coffee place beside reception, and restaurants, fish, vegetable, and meat markets are nearby, along with almost all services and malls. Of the rooms I tried, I liked 110, 114, and 106. The others weren't to my taste. Thank you.
Clean rooms, a good price, and an excellent location close to other services.
The apartment smelled bad and had poor hygiene. Room service never came even after I asked several times, and the WiFi signal was weak. Probably the worst hotel to stay at in Riyadh.
It's a good place, though prices in this area are much higher.
