Duset Hotel Suites

The best part of breakfast was having it brought right to the room. The portions and choice were okay, though the food itself tasted average. I picked Duset Apartments for my first business trip to Saudi since it was the closest reasonably priced place to the Expo Center, and I didn't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and mattress, new-feeling linen, and roomy space. The washroom was uncomfortable, and the shower leaked across the floor. It's fine for a short visit, but with more travelers coming to Saudi, the hotel should meet at least a three-star standard. It costs too much for what it is.

The water pressure kept changing because of control devices on the sink, in the bathroom, and even in the kitchen. It made things uncomfortable. The bathroom itself looked like something out of a horror movie and needs major maintenance. I stayed for a weekend, and the old property was nowhere near worth the price. It's definitely overpriced for its condition and urgently needs renovation and proper upkeep. I wouldn't stay here again.

Everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful, and the service was good. Special thanks to Mr.Ameen at reception, who was professional, helpful, and very nice.

The room phone didn't work, and the room service was awful. The rooms smelled like sewage, and whenever the water was turned on, a terrible odor came from the bathroom. When I tried to cancel, they told me refunds take 5 to 30 days, leaving me feeling stuck with them. The worst hotel experience ever!
