Elite Suites Hotel

The team seems good, but they don’t have any power. I regret dealing with management that seems focused only on money. There’s no customer care and no ethics in their dealings. Read the contract carefully and watch every step with them.

The rooms were huge and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The receptionist especially made room for my family and me even though we arrived before check-in. It’s also well located, close to the main road and easy to reach different places.

Mr. Salman at the front desk was quick to respond and really helpful. He went out of his way to help me sort out my stay in Riyadh, and I’m grateful to him and the rest of the staff for making it comfortable and easy. I booked at the last minute after canceling an Airbnb across the street. The front desk and hotel staff gave me great service from check-in, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed for a quiet, deep sleep. I had a small problem with the shower, but the front desk fixed it right away. For a business trip to Riyadh, this is a good budget choice if you want somewhere clean and comfortable. Even when something goes wrong, the front desk is willing to help and make sure you’re happy. I’d recommend it.

We ended up booking at the last minute after our original accommodation was suddenly canceled, and this hotel turned out to be neat, clean, and very comfortable. Our two-bedroom suite had plenty of space. The kitchen included a kettle, fridge, and two-burner stove, but no dishes, cutlery, pots, or pans, so bring those along. The kids enjoyed having a pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also brought our two lovely cats, and the hotel is pet friendly!
