The split air conditioner started leaking water after an hour, and the washroom was terrible. It was tiny, with the Indian toilet seat half in the wall, so you couldn’t even sit on it. The door wouldn’t close either. I had no other choice and only wanted to sleep for one night.

I booked a Superior Room through Booking.com, but they tried to give me a smaller suite for that price and wanted extra money for an upgrade. The front desk told me the room I booked wasn’t a Superior Suite, even after I showed him the booking. Be careful, the smaller suite has a washroom a 6 year old couldn’t get into. The rooms, toilets, and kitchen sink were in disastrous shape, with cigarette stubb spots on the sink and shelve. There were no toilet seats on the english flush, most rooms had arabic toilets, and the walls were moldy. Most reviews here seem planted or paid for. I fell for them too. P.S. The manager called and messaged me afterward, saying I could come back without paying the upgrade fee. Not for families.
