From check-in through housekeeping, the service was fast and excellent, with friendly, attentive staff throughout. The Four Seasons Riyadh has a beautiful, clean, elegant feel and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Everyone made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to visit again.

It’s expensive, but the price fits a flagship property offering brand reliability, security, discretion, and high-level service. The gym is one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve experienced, with extensive free weights, proper machines, and room to train seriously. The spa, pool, and wellness facilities are polished, clean, and professionally maintained. Service was friendly, attentive, and precise from check-in to concierge and housekeeping. Requests were handled quickly, and the personal attention never felt intrusive. Rooms are spacious, elegant, and quiet, with a calm executive atmosphere above the city. The skyline views are impressive at night, and the focus on security and privacy adds comfort. A premier Riyadh hotel, with an iconic location, excellent fitness facilities, attentive service, and refined luxury throughout.

The lasagna I ordered was extremely dry and not enjoyable, and the bill included an extra bottle of water. That made an already frustrating visit worse. We'd been looking forward to having an apéritif and some food at the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, but the experience didn't meet our expectations. Service was inattentive from the start. We waited a long time just to order, the mocktails took unusually long to arrive, and later the bottle of water took far too long as well. Nothing about the visit felt in keeping with the Four Seasons standard, apart from the price. Service attention and food quality need a lot of improvement.
