The apartments are clean and come with cleaning supplies, a microwave, kettle, oven, and automatic washing machine. The staff were excellent and quick to deal with requests. Mr. Zaidan was especially polite and cheerful, and his service makes me want to return. This will be my go-to place whenever I visit Riyadh.

The hotel is clean and good, and most of the staff treated me very well. But the hot water only stayed warm for a little while, then turned ice cold in under two minutes. I had a problem with the Egyptian receptionist on the morning shift, who was very rude. Because of the cold weather, I wanted an apartment with a window so I wouldn't need to turn on the air conditioning. He kept questioning why I wanted a window and asked for my family card, ID number, and date of birth, although all my information was clear once he entered my ID. I paid in the end, but he left me and my children waiting in the car for about 25 minutes before handing over the apartment.

The apartments are spacious, the furniture is good, and the cleanliness is excellent. But there's no tea or sugar in the rooms. When checking out, they require payment for a kilogram of sugar and a carton of tea, even though tea service is free in all hotels.

The price was shown right there on the device, but I paid 1900 after the employee asked for that amount instead of 1300. I later remembered Booking.com had shown 1300 when I made the reservation, so I went back and had a verbal argument with the employee. Once he realized I understood, he said there had been a mix-up and apologized. I didn't like that tactic, whether it was deliberate or not. They inflate prices and pocket the difference if you're not paying attention, they're scammers.
