The place was untidy, and the toilets weren’t working properly. Cigarette smell had soaked into the furniture and rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it.

When I travel from Qatar to Makkah or Madina Tayyabah, this is always my preferred place to stay. Best in town.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, and the room was really clean and nice. I’d definitely recommend the property.

I booked through booking and let them know I might arrive at 5. When I got there, they tried to give me a different room from the one I’d booked. I asked for my booked room, but was told it wasn’t ready. They said it was ready at 6:30. The blanket hadn’t been cleaned, the corridors smelled strongly of Shysha, and it was noisy.

The rooms were good, clean, and hygienic, and the receptionist was courteous, so my experience overall was good. But there’s no room service, and even during a stay of more than a week they don’t change the sheets or towels.
