The staff were friendly, and the location is handy for necessities like food, meals, and a pharmacy. I'd still recommend the place, though the room we got seemed to be one that hadn't been renovated yet. There was dust in the carpet's floor corners, visible stains in the toilet, and the sofa couch wasn't properly clean. The curtains were broken, and the washing machine spinner didn't work, so I had to squeeze the laundry out by hand. That's why I'm taking off one star. I expect the other rooms are different.

It's an old-fashioned apartelle, but the service is great. The water supply was especially good, and the kitchen had a good refrigerator, electric stoves, and microwave. Bring your own kettle and utensils. The toilet floors could be maintained better, and the location is very close to restaurants.

The staff's dismissive, unprofessional behavior made an already disappointing stay worse. I also found the Indian male staff rude, and being treated disrespectfully when paying for a service isn't acceptable. The room claims of luxury felt false, and there weren't enough electrical sockets. The Wi-Fi they promised was slow and unreliable. The bed sheets were stained, the living-room sofa smelled bad and was dirty, and the furniture was old and unclean. Bathroom floors were rusty and filthy too. There were also reports of ghostly presences in Room 101. The place felt more like an abandoned building than accommodation, and I'd strongly advise against staying here.

For what they charged, it was okay, and the apartment itself was huge. But the equipment is old and needs replacing. The microwave and washing machine looked damaged, so we didn't risk using them because they seemed unsafe. The plus was secured with tape.
