Noise from construction outside kept going into my room, so I couldn't rest during my stay at Tara Hotel – Olaya. Reception told me there was nothing they could do. They didn't apologize, offer another room, or provide compensation. The price felt unreasonably high for such poor service. This was extremely disappointing and doesn't represent tourism well. I wouldn't recommend the place at all. 👎👎

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location near the train station was convenient. I highly recommend it.
