افال للأجنحة الفندقية ـ النزهة

I came with my family for a holiday, but I didn't feel comfortable at all. The professional and respectful staff were a bright spot, but noise was a constant problem. I woke up more than four times because of doors slamming. When neighbors closed their doors, it shook the whole building. I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night, along with the water running through the walls and ceiling. Street noise was also very loud, with people drifting in their cars. It felt like I was riding along with them. I don't know how this place got that rating. Maybe those reviewers didn't come during holiday season.

At 250 SAR a night, this was a comfortable stay and well worth the price. For this year, I'd highly recommend it.

We’re from Qatar and arrived with our family around 6 pm last week. The receptionist, who looked Sudanese, gave us a very bad experience. He wouldn’t answer my questions and his expressions were unpleasant. We left and booked a nearby hotel instead. We felt very upset. Management should address his behavior and teach staff to treat everyone respectfully, not only Arabs. We’re Indian, and that’s why we felt he treated us that way.

The place was clean and the service was excellent. Thanks to the reception staff, Brother Saif Uddin and Brother Muhammad. I’d visit again, God willing.
