The location is handy for the airport, SAR, and the Dammam, Makkah, and Qassim highways. Nearby you can also find a Juma mosque, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, and more. Inside, there are lots of seating areas and elegant artistic décor. Smoking isn't allowed in any room, in line with Vision 2030 and environmental sustainability. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was warm and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Ahmed. From my experience, it deserves more than a one-star rating, I'd suggest three-star. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return.

The rooms were good, but a few basics were missing. The faucet was too weak to wash your hands, there was no iron or ironing board, and sound insulation was lacking. [Edit] The hotel followed up and promised to address my comments, so I'll give it another shot on my next visit.

I called two days before arriving, and the receptionist confirmed my booking without saying anything about an advance payment. When I got there from abroad, a different receptionist said there was no booking and blamed us for not paying in advance. He also said current residents had priority if they chose to renew, even if we had booked and paid. After I argued, he offered to book us at their other branch.
