Janadriya Suites Furnished Apartments

Most of the staff are very friendly and service minded, and I liked their customer first attitude. Treat them like fellow people and they respond well. Rooms come in 1, 2, and 3 BHK sizes for daily or monthly rentals, priced in line with other nearby hotels. They're adequately furnished, with AC and heating, a basic kitchen, and household appliances. Cleaning can be daily or periodic, as you prefer. The newly opened gym and recreation area are fully equipped, and the hotel and surrounding area feel safe for families, despite many corporate bookings. Some appliances are old or have broken or missing parts, but if you ask, staff replace them or sometimes find the missing piece in another unoccupied room. Sofas and chairs are old too, though clean enough to manage. Upper floors have lower water pressure; I suppose that's common across Riyadh, maybe the Kingdom.

The apartment smelled strongly, with cooking odors from around the building coming inside, and I found insects in the bathroom. It was dark with no sunlight, so I couldn't tell whether it was night or morning. On the ground floor, I could hear everything outside, from workers to every movement, and never felt safe or at peace. I asked from day one to move apartments, but they didn't cooperate or respond to the request or complaint. The price was changed from what the contract said. High cost for poor service, old furniture, bad smells, and not enough cleanliness. I don't recommend it at all.

The only issue was the toilet water in room 107, which needs checking. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The Wi-Fi was very good, rooms spacious, staff welcoming, and amenities were very good for the price of the suite. It's now one of my Riyadh hotels.

The rooms are so spacious it's hard to fit the whole thing in one photo 😂😂. It's near the city centre, with a tidy environment and friendly, welcoming staff. I'd recommend it for families coming to relax in Riyadh, and it's pocket-friendly too, I think 😊😊.
