The service was pleasant, comfortable, and attentive, and the hotel itself was acceptable. My room was fairly ordinary, though the bathroom design was quite bad because it was transparent. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. There were some decent things to eat, but shawarma, meat, and the other items didn’t feel like breakfast at all. I won’t stay here again.

The location is great, and breakfast was good. The rooms were okay, but that glass washroom layout is a really poor choice for corporate travelers because it limits how you can use the room. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym were there, but none seemed properly managed or maintained. Reception staff, especially the local male staff, need a lot more training in guest service and hospitality. Some English training would also help them serve non-Arabic speakers. I won’t be coming back.

Breakfast was below average, and the kitchen was tiny. At first there weren’t any cooking utensils, though they brought two on the third day. Room quality depends on which one you get: some are nice and have windows. The one I stayed in had none, was too small, and had a bed lamp right in the middle of the bed, taking up sleeping space.

I had an easy check-in and liked how the staff behaved. The location was great, and my room was spacious and attractive. But the bed didn’t feel clean, and I thought there might be bugs in it, so I didn’t sleep comfortably. Breakfast was okay, with a couple of buffet choices.
