This is my second stay here. I spent more than a month the first time and am here for three weeks now. The rooms and suites are clean, nicely set up, reasonably priced, and in a good location. The best part is the superb service from Mr. Mahmoud at reception. He’s always friendly, attentive, and supportive. Highly recommended!

Mohammed at the front desk was welcoming, helpful, and very professional. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, with great beds. Land Walk Hotel is also in an excellent spot, with lots of restaurants just a few minutes away. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the whole experience! The reception staff were friendly and professional, and the rooftop pool was great. The room was spacious, the kitchen had everything, and they even have clothes dryers. Very satisfied, would recommend!

I stayed at Land Walk for 21 days while looking for a permanent house in Riyad. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was a 5 minutes drive from work. The team were so friendly and helpful that it’s hard to put into words how grateful I felt for the warm welcome. A big shout out to Mr. Mahmood, who helped me a lot as I was settling in. He even received supermarket deliveries for me while I was away at work. If you need a long stay in Riyadh, don hesitate to stay here.

It’s a calm, quiet place, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. The service is on another level.
