Check the price and whether insurance is included carefully before booking. I paid 529 riyals through Booking.com, but 1085 riyals was deducted for insurance, which was supposed to be refunded within 10 days. When I contacted the coordinator, I found out I was only eligible for a refund twice. Live and hope for the best.

The heater was broken, and I waited three days for it to be fixed. I also asked for an extra quilt and called more than five times. They kept saying they would send it, but it never came. There’s no cleaning service, and they’re very slow.

The only downside is that you have to pay extra for cleaning. Otherwise, everything was lovely: a beautiful place with a modern design, close to all the services.

They gave me a different apartment from the one I requested. It cost the same, but was smaller and dirtier, and they refused to move me. When I got in touch, they blamed me. Beware, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t book here.
