Mabaat - Hittin - 519

We arrived expecting the apartment we had booked in Hittin, with two rooms with single beds, one with twin beds, and three full bathrooms. Instead, we were checked into a different place in Yasmin, with single beds in all three rooms and only two and a half bathrooms. The building has no private parking, and check-in took longer than it should have. There were also no clothes hangers, and customer service took no action after we reported our concerns. Unfortunately, the stay was unsatisfactory.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. Our original apartment in Al-Aqiq was said to be under maintenance, so they offered us one in Hittin instead. We agreed, but the elevator there wasn’t working, and we had to use the stairs. After I contacted them, they said they’d fix it, but four days passed without a solution. There was no cell service or internet in the building, so you couldn’t call or send anything unless you left. Terrible service, with no solution or compensation.

Mabat changes reservations to lower-quality units and has poor customer service. They don’t respect the bookings people made.

Staying here felt like being at home, with the feel of a hotel. It was a unique and new kind of stay, and the service was excellent.
