The friendly community is what makes living at The Orient Compound so special. People are kind, easy to approach, and supportive, so it’s easy to make friends and feel at home. The management is also open to suggestions and flexible, and you can tell they care about residents’ experience. Daily life here is comfortable and convenient. The location makes getting around Riyadh easier, and the apartments are spacious, practical, and laid out really well. The kitchen is huge 😄. The maintenance team responds quickly and is helpful, sometimes even with things beyond the apartment itself. There’s an active, healthy feel around the compound, with good sports facilities including padel and basketball courts. The pool is excellent, and it’s pet friendly. Having high-quality dry cleaning inside the compound is incredibly convenient, and there’s also a business center with meeting rooms. For spending time with people, there are three BBQ areas with lovely seating. One works especially well for bigger gatherings of around 30 to 40 people. It’s a great lifestyle overall, with practical living and a warm atmosphere.
