Someone from room service knocked on my door about six times in a row last night. When I called to complain, the staff just said, “We don’t know what to tell you.” They didn’t listen to me or offer any compensation. That’s completely unacceptable for a hotel at this level. I couldn’t sleep because I heard the hallway and the people next door so clearly, it felt like they were in my room. The doors have no sound insulation. They also put me in a connected room despite charging full price. If you want peace and rest, stay somewhere else. I regret staying here. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The rooms and facilities are great, but the service could be better. The AC sensor keeps disconnecting the unit, so the room gets warm and you have to wake up to turn it back on. Soundproofing is awful too. On level 1, traffic sounds like it’s right outside.

The location is perfect, and the hotel was very quiet during my week there. I stayed in a suite with breakfast included and only wished it had a garden view. The best coffee I had was at Saddles Restaurant. It’s a luxurious hotel with beautiful furniture, excellent service, and high-quality personal amenities in the suite. The restaurants served delicious food, and the spa was one of the best. Underground parking was convenient, and every staff member was professional, friendly, and helpful. Guest Services always answered politely when I called. Excellent stay, and I’ll definitely return. Thank you, Mansard team.
