I booked two nights and ended up wishing I’d stayed just one. The reception team were friendly and the room looked nice, but I could hear people in nearby rooms so clearly that it sometimes felt like they were with me. A few times I woke before someone rang the doorbell, thinking the sound was coming from my own room. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, and the bathroom was so small there was nowhere to put a washbag. Breakfast was disappointing too. For me, this doesn’t meet a four-star standard. I’d give it three stars.

I was very happy with my two-night stay. The hotel was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were warm and friendly under an efficient manager. It was a nice chance to experience Saudi hospitality up close.

The restaurant food was nice, and Sajeeb gave great service. Prices seemed reasonable, and the location works well if you need to be near the convention center or airport. My only complaint was the bathroom, which felt very small next to the generously sized room.

There was plenty of room for our family, and the front desk staff were friendly and really helpful. We also enjoyed the Iftar meal, which had lots of choices.

The staff were so nice and courteous, and I loved the food. The seafood was really good, and I especially liked the chicken soup. ❤️❤️
