Msharef Almoden Hotel

The hotel looks nice inside, but I had trouble getting hot water. Reception took two days to act and move me to another room, and I had issues with that room too. I'm still here for now, so hopefully they see this and improve their service. I wouldn't recommend it.

The restaurant on the 14th floor was a highlight. The food was excellent, and the waiters and waitresses were so friendly and helpful. Try the ginger cinnamon tea 🫖♥️ My first trip to Riyadh was comfortable and pleasant thanks to this hotel. I was upgraded, and the room was clean and everything felt high quality. The bed was SO comfortable, and the bathroom was great, cleaned and restocked every day. Not all the staff spoke English, but we managed to understand each other in the end. 😅 I'll definitely stay here again next time. See you soon! ☺️🙏🏻

I travel for business a lot, and this is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in Saudi. Business travelers should avoid it. The room wasn't cleaned during my three-day stay unless I called each time, and on the first night there were bugs on the bed. They just apologized, as if that was normal. Breakfast was cold and stale. In the bathroom there was only soap and one shower towel, with no hand towel or shampoo. They offered me a refund to get me to remove my review. Be aware, they may call and harass you if you post an honest review. I've seen others complain about the same thing. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

The lounge has a fantastic view, but the customer service was the worst I've experienced, especially from the manager. We sat down on 16 Feb 2025 between 6-9:30 pm and ordered shisha, tea, water, and food. I called the manager over twice, but he ignored us and went to sit with his friends at another table. It felt like very poor management of both the staff and customers. I hope they sort it out before they lose more people. Thanks to the new manager, you lost three good customers tonight.
