Naushad took such good care of us during iftar. He quickly sorted out a small problem with our seating and paid close attention to my elderly father, making sure he was comfortable. I really appreciated that, and it made the experience five-star.

The Metro is less than a minute’s walk away, and the location is handy for exploring while staying quiet at night. Our room was spotless, spacious, and elegant, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh, delicious choices. Ahmed Ramadan and his team at Narcissus Hotel made us feel incredibly welcome, from check-in through checkout. Fresh flowers, fruit, and local sweets were brought to our room as a welcome. Room service was excellent, and Ahmed Ramadan even arranged our last-minute laundry quickly. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the food was better than I expected. I really enjoyed the visit and appreciate the effort the team put into making it pleasant.
