The only thing going for this place is the location. My room smelled awful, it was noisy, and the bathroom felt dated, with a heater and a fan that's hard to switch off. Every room seems to be for smokers, and the smoke triggered my asthma. I barely slept. Cleanliness was poor, the refrigerator didn't work, the lights were dim with no brighter setting, and the old plugs were loose. I had to get my key card recharged several times. There was no parking or Wi-Fi, and the window had no mesh to keep insects out. Thank goodness it was December and I didn't need the AC. The price is far too high for what's offered. This doesn't feel like a three-star hotel, more like a one-star place. Where's the management? I'm not coming back.

The location works well, near the hospital, restaurants, and a supermarket. Breakfast is brought to your room for free, but you have to call and ask between 7 and 10 AM, and it's best not to expect much. Cleanliness was average, the bathrooms were dated, and the kitchen was missing important utensils. The price is high, though everything around here seems expensive.

The location is the one good thing here. The hotel itself isn't worth recommending. It's noisy, and the old AC units are loud and hard to control properly in most rooms. The sheets and pillows are worn and uncomfortable, and towels are often unavailable.

The guest relations staff don't know how to treat people. Some of the worst guest service I've ever encountered.

If you're coming from outside Riyadh and mainly need somewhere to sleep, bathe, and rest, this is comfortable and worth the money. It may not suit people who want to enjoy the stay itself. The reception staff were excellent, and Mr. Mohammed, one of the helpers, gave good service.
