Mr. William at the café made some of the best mojitos I've had. He was friendly and attentive to detail, which added a personal touch. The dine-in meal was great too, with delicious food, lovely presentation, and a relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything throughout the hotel felt fresh, clean, and well maintained. Staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. It was a memorable visit, and I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Riyadh.

I'm from Dubai and only in Riyadh for a short work visit, but the hospitality here has made me feel at home. I'm on my second day and really enjoying the stay. Everyone has been warm and welcoming, from reception to the restaurant team. Ruby, Naiseb, Jen, and their manager Joe made dining especially lovely. They were respectful, accommodating, and genuinely warm. Thank you all, and I wish you continued success!

Abdullah Al Mansor deserves a special mention for the care he showed throughout my stay. His professionalism, warmth, and readiness to help made sure the details were right and made the experience outstanding. Novotel Al Anoud is in a great spot in the heart of Riyadh, with shopping, restaurants, and business areas easily accessible. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, a comfortable place to unwind after long days. Everything was excellent from start to finish. I'd highly recommend the hotel, and thank Abdullah and the whole team for a memorable stay.

Ruby was very accommodating and gave excellent service. The breakfast was good, with enough options to choose from. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. I'd recommend it and will stay here again when I visit Riyadh.
