The hotel is very dirty, with broken beds and rooms that smell of cigarettes. Management doesn’t respect bookings and may give away your room even when you have one reserved. The Nepali cleaner is the only person who was polite.

This was the most pathetic experience we’ve ever had. The apartment was large, but extremely dirty and smelly. The washroom was filthy and had a water leak, and there was no cleanliness at all. The mattresses and pillows felt like hard rock. There was poor lighting, cigarette burns on the bedspread and sofa set, and bed bugs. The building and furniture are very old and badly need maintenance, and the A/C doesn’t work properly. The pictures on booking.com and Google Maps are completely different from what we found. They’re deceiving people. This place doesn’t deserve even one star, or a minus rating.

The reception staff aren’t professional, especially Susan’s people. They don’t speak to customers well.

The hotel rooms are huge, more than I could have expected. What a wonderful experience!
