4/10
Breakfast was good, but the reception area smelled strongly of smoke. The TV only had around 20 channels, limited to what the hotel chose to offer. The power outlets in the rooms weren't universal, and I had to buy an adapter myself. I asked for one when I arrived, was promised it, and never got it. The location was very poor, with no nearby facilities, restaurants, or large supermarkets.

Breakfast was below standard, and the service was poor. The internet kept running slowly and inconsistently. TV options were few, and nearly all the channels were in Arabic.

The room and restaurant were good, though the hotel itself needs renovation and isn't in good shape. Metro construction outside caused a lot of noise, and the windows didn't close tightly enough to keep it out.

This was the worst four-star hotel I've seen. The manager was terrible, and the facilities were the worst I've encountered at a four-star place. It shouldn't be rated above two stars.
