The spacious, comfortable rooms were a plus, but the rest of my stay was disappointing. The service was very poor, and the bathrooms leaked despite the high charges. Those problems outweighed the room size. I hope management addresses them.

The room was dirty, with dust on the floor, tables, and bed. The employees wouldn't even look at customers. It was unhygienic and a bad experience, not worth even one point.

There are reasonable prices, and the accommodation works for a short or long trip. It's clean, and the staff are helpful. You can get coffee, juice, or sandwiches from the cafeteria, and watch Europe matches in your room or there. There's a park behind the hotel, and elwatan garden is nearby if you want to walk. It's also close to the centre and some ministries.

It's decent for the price, but the Bangladeshi employees ask for tips very aggressively. Give them a task and they want a tip straight away, before they've even finished it.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends. The place is clean and cozy, there's parking behind the hotel, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. It's also just a few minutes from the filipino market and restaurants.
