For a budget stay, it’s acceptable, and there’s plenty of parking, even for large vehicles. There aren’t any restaurants nearby, though. The rooms aren’t maintained well, and the toilet and room service fall short. The air-conditioning is there in name only, with no cooling, so you’re better off sleeping with the windows open. The receptionist can’t understand English, so I’d make transactions through the room attendant for a safer deal. I think this kind of management will hurt OYO’s brand value.

There are lots of cockroaches, and sometimes drainage water floods the bathrooms. The owner and staff are very arrogant with customers. This is the worst place to stay in Riyadh.

For the price, it was okay and had what we needed. The bathroom smelled a bit, the bed was slightly lopsided, and the fridge didn’t work, but none of that was too bad.

There’s no maintenance, and despite being OYO certified, there was nothing to show its brand value. The guy at reception doesn’t know a single word of English.
