Palette Luxury Credi Hotel

The location is handy, near Panda and plenty of other restaurants, and the staff were supportive. They brought extra blankets when I asked and replaced the fridge when it stopped working. There's a washing machine but no dryer, so take care when using it. Water is complimentary in the rooms. The pool and spa cost extra. The bathrooms are small, so moving around in them takes care. The shower door slider was broken, which meant the washrooms were often left wet. Of the three AC units, one wasn't cooling properly, and a water heater was leaking. That made it hard for two people to shower in separate bathrooms at the same time. That's the reason for my 4/5 rating. Still, I'd recommend it to people visiting Riyadh, and hope this helps 😊.

On 7 January 2026, I arrived with my family at about 3 pm to check in to the two rooms I'd booked for two days through the OYO app. To my surprise, the booking was cancelled while I was standing there, at exactly 3:05 pm. The hotel won't take responsibility, and there's no way to reach the app's customer care. I'm sure the hotel had already given my prepaid rooms to someone else at a better rate. Be careful, everyone. Never book through the OYO app.

The building isn't new, but it's well maintained, and my room was spacious and clean. I had a very good stay. The team were lovely and helped a lot with early check-in and a few other things I needed.

The apartment was in terrible shape. It smelled bad, the bedsheets had blood stains, and the towels were stained too. The bathroom was disgusting and very small, as was the shower. The toilet flush didn't work properly, and water barely came out of the shower head. The reception and hallways looked nice, but that didn't prepare us for the apartment. The listing also didn't say it was a hotel. This deserves a 0 rating!
