The beds were comfortable and the rooms and furniture were good. But the AC didn’t work, and even after I complained several times, nobody came to check or fix it. There weren’t any towels in our twin room either, and the customer service was terrible. I don’t know how this got a 7.6 rating. I think a 2 is fair. When something spoils your mood at the start, it can ruin the whole trip.

I’ve been staying here for months now and have been very happy with it. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff are great, but the back office management and accounting are terrible. They require the full stay to be paid in cash in advance.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was generally good with friendly reception staff. The shower is above the toilet bowl, which is pretty strange 😂

It’s a clean, good place and close to a lot of spots. The reception staff were really nice, especially Mohammad and Ahmad.
