The rooms are large, but they need servicing. Internet is another weak point: it’s a 5mbps leased line shared by the whole hotel, upload and download, so it needs improvement. The hotel sits above Lulu center, which is useful for cheaper shopping. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, and the area around the hotel is sub par.

The rooms are clean and have a full set available. The staff are helpful and smiling at ant time. The only little drawback is that the Split AC units are a bit old, but they still cool vety good.

I stayed there for more than 10 days and paid regularly in advance. One day they called to ask if I’d stay an extra day, and I said yes, but when I returned to my room the door was locked. The front desk people are sick, with zero customer service. Very bad, bad area, bad people, badly sick. Yakhhh thoooooo.

The rooms are large, classically designed, and the furniture is well maintained. Most facilities are available at the hotel or nearby, and it’s in central riyadh. Finding parking is difficult because the area is crowded, which is why I’m giving it four stars. The internet is very slow, and the televisions don’t have the latest channels infrastructure.
