Portal Chalets With Private Pool-Al Arid

Lovely place, and the vibe is amazing.

I stayed in their A3 chalet, and it felt like its own little world. Even though it was small, it was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, and somehow felt spacious. The place is breathtaking and flawless, with attention paid to every detail. Service was super quick and helpful, and they went above and beyond. The effort deserves success and a great reputation. I’d definitely stay there whenever I’m thinking about renting a chalet.

The chalet had plenty of space and was nice, but the furniture is old and needs updating. The TV remote wouldn’t work, and after checking, I found the signal receiver on the TV was broken. Something kept falling from the ceiling, like snow at first, though up close it looked more like a flake, as in the attached photos. The kitchen light was broken, and the shower water swung between cold, lukewarm, and extremely hot. The shower head also leaked. We didn’t have enough towels at first, but they brought more when we asked. Hospitality was below what I expected for a chalet at this price, as the attached photos show. It was a good place overall, but I wouldn’t repeat the experience.

The owner’s service and hospitality were excellent, and I really appreciated the elegant atmosphere and cleanliness. This chalet has a wonderful, distinctive style compared with others, and they pay attention to every detail.
