We tried to book online but couldn't get through. Then we met Mr sohrab, who showed us around and took us to see a room. He was very friendly.

I was in room 435, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff were very cooperative, especially Mr shuhrab, the housekeeping supervisor, who did a wonderful job.
