Quiet Rooms Apartment

It was good value for money, neat and clean, and the staff were very helpful. They checked us in quickly so we could break our fast in our room. The bathroom needs renovation.

The apartment smelled very bad, the bathroom didn’t work properly, and nobody responded. The place was very dirty, with zero service, quality, view, or safety. Honestly, sleeping in your car would be better. I wonder how they keep renewing the license to receive guests. I hope Google eventually lets us give places like this zero stars.

The lobby was the only decent part of the place. Our room was filthy and unpleasant: the furniture was dirty, some of it was broken, the sheets were stained, and the comforters had both stains and hair on them. We’re a family of six and asked for two extra towels, but were given only two and told that was the maximum. I’ve traveled in many cities and countries and have never run into that anywhere. The staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. With the trash service on top of everything, we paid 745 riyals for one night. It felt like a scam. I wouldn’t pay a single halala for this place, and sleeping in the car would be better than staying here.

The hotel had a building-wide power outage, and the internet was slow. The room wasn’t very clean, and the shower was damaged, so we had to call for a repair before we could use it. At reception, the person in charge was missing for over an hour while I waited just to get the receipt. Across our three-day stay, the place didn’t feel worth what we paid, and the hotel needs to improve.
