The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well laid out, with enough space and everything you need. Reception was very nice, and the staff were friendly. There’s a coffee shop at reception and lots of parking outside and in the basement. Excellent hotel in Riyadh, and the location is great.

I paid $257 for two nights, and it wasn’t worth it. No room service was provided, and they didn’t replenish the water bottles, coffee, Nescafe, or tea on the second night.

I stayed here for the Leap 2023 IT Expo. It’s a simple, good hotel in a well-positioned part of the city. The rooms are fairly spacious and have a fridge, hairdryer, iron, and other basics. There’s no room service or breakfast, but November Coffee is next door with direct lobby access. The Wi-Fi worked, though it wasn’t up to par, and there are good workspaces in the basement. I’d stay again for a business trip where I just need a bed and shower.
