The location is good and the rooms are good, but the service from the staff was very rude and their attitude was awful. The Yamani national on the night shift was especially bad. We had already paid for a four-day stay, but he asked for another payment in a very rude way and approached us as if we were his own shagala. He even told us to check out and get a refund at 2am, which was unacceptable, especially with my two babies with me. I’d never encountered someone like him before. It was traumatic 💔😢.
