The location is handy for government business, with many major facilities nearby, and the clean room and comfortable bed made for a good stay. The restaurant serves à la carte dishes made with fresh ingredients, and their kabsa and greesh were the best. They generously provide Saudi coffee and Sukkari dates for free around the clock. The staff are friendly and helpful. It felt like five-star service in a three-star hotel, and I’ll definitely come back.

We came back for the Iftaar buffet this year after joining last year, and it was delicious again, with lots of food choices. The seating area was clean and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and smiling. Definitely worth trying.

Even with a 70-night booking, we had a very bad stay. Staff seemed not to care, and requests either went unanswered or were not dealt with. They were unresponsive when we needed help, and the room was not properly cleaned. On some occasions, cleaning equipment was left in the bathroom. At reception, the team either did not understand English or acted as if they did not. Requests were left without answers, and they could not add points or finish checkout. They kept saying it could be done after the duty manager or staff arrived after 9 AM. Since we are working professionals and unavailable at or after that time, checking out became very difficult. It was a poor experience, and I’m unsure about returning.

The staff were the one bright spot during my three-night stay. They were kind, welcoming, and did try to help, so thanks to them. But the bathroom had a manhole-like smell, possibly from the pipes, and even after maintenance tried to fix it, the odor returned the next day. The rooms also look old and need a major renovation and repairs. I was uncomfortable and won’t stay here again.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly. I only stayed one night, but slept wonderfully and got a great rest. There’s a supermarket around the corner and a METROstation nearby. The metro is clean, easy to use, and punctual. A two-day ticket costs 20 SAR, plus 10 SAR for the card.
