I bought a Cobone voucher for pool access with a meal. The pool itself was clean and very nice, and the restaurant waiter was lovely. But the pool trainer was mean to us and didn’t treat us well. The voucher said access was from 2pm until 10pm, so after swimming for about an hour and a half, we went to eat and planned to come back to the pool. A woman from the gymnastics area stopped me when we returned and said my time was over, that I couldn’t swim again because it was only free for me. She spoke very disrespectfully. How could it be free when we paid for vouchers? It felt like we were being discriminated against, maybe because we’re ordinary people. They could have spoken to us nicely.

There’s a laid-back feel here, with a nice outdoor seating area and a great indoor pool. The rooms were spacious and nice too.

The hotel was neat, clean, and family friendly, with a cute boutique feel. I bought access to the ladies’ swimming pool. There’s also a nice little cafe at very reasonable prices, handy if you’re waiting for family.

I had a great experience over my 3 nights here. The staff were respectful, kind, and helpful, and the service was excellent. The prices also seemed very good for what you get. I've seen much cheaper places with worse hygiene and service, even at higher prices. I'm truly thankful to the administration and staff.
